Entree:

Roasted Asparagus Salad, Spring Greens, Lemon Vinaigrette, Za'atar-Spiced Chickpeas

(Cook's Venture Chicken or Locke D'uart Salmon)

 

Seasonal Parfait:

Lemon Curd, Rhubarb Compote, Vanilla Crumble, Spring Flowers

 

Cocktail:

Empress Gin, Fresh Lemon Juice, Cava, Flowers OR Lavender infused Lemonade

Tickets & Food Logistics

·Individual Lunches - The food can be picked up at Vistro Prime between 9.30am – 10.30am. 

Ambassador Hostess's & Extra Meals Labelled To Their House - Your meal will be delivered directly to the house even if you bought your ticket individually.

·       The meals will be packaged individually so that plating will be simple

·       Chef Paul's plating suggestions "The plating should be super simple, but elegant.  A bed of nice assorted spring greens, cooked asparagus over and then the protein on top, slightly off center with the dressing spooned over".  

·       Packaging description:  Salad will be in 1 large plastic round and small container of dressing inside.  Parfait in its own container, all in a bag.  Proteins recommended served at room temperature and all component (with instructions) for the beverage will be included

Day of Programming Logistics
The programming is pre-recorded so you are able to view at your convenience during the event. 

The link and password for access to the programming will be emailed to you on Thursday evening

The LIVE raffle drawing will begin at 12.30pm on Friday and the raffle items will be posted on the KW social media this week leading up to the event for viewing in advance.  This will be broadcast on FaceBook Live just follow (Hinsdale Historical Society Women's Board) and Instagram Live  (@hinsdalehistorywb).  If you do not see the live feed winners will be contacted after the event.

·       Raffle tickets can be purchased until NOON Friday 5/7.

We hope that everyone is looking forward to the Kitchen Walk Luncheon on Friday!  We are looking forward to a beautiful day where everyone is able to enjoy a lovely lunch provided by Vistro Prime, time with friends, beautiful design and exciting raffle items!

The concept...

Beginning April 5th , the Hinsdale Historical Society Women’s Board will be working with homeowners, businesses, and designers to bring a month full of social media content, in anticipation of the May 7th self-hosted luncheons where smaller groups of friends can come together, set beautiful tablescapes, get dressed up, and post their own beautiful kitchens and
homes.

 

The theme of this year’s luncheon is Making Old, New Again, as participants are encouraged to post photos May 7th photos to social media.
