“A Little Wine on County Line”
131 SOUTH COUNTY LINE ROAD

This beautifully crafted and architecturally distinctive modern farmhouse was recently completed by Tiburon Homes, LLC. Chicago based interior designer Tracy Hickman, lent her talents to give this property a relaxed and elegant style, with a dash of glamour. Fresh and elegant floral arrangements provided by In Bloom Floral, and landscape design by Premier Landscape will showcase the home’s beautiful grounds. Tabletop will be elegantly styled by the Uptown Shop of Western Springs. Chef Didier Durant, of Cyrano’s Wine Bar and Bistro in Chicago, will recreate a sumptuous French marketplace in the backyard.

Culligan Abraham Architecture and Northridge Builders, Inc. worked closely with the homeowners to maintain the historical integrity of the home. Built in 1889, this Patton and Fisherdesigned Queen Anne Victorian home maintains many of its original features. With superior craftsmanship of the past and period design, the warmth and charm of this home will be remembered and cherished always.
