This beautifully crafted and architecturally distinctive modern farmhouse was recently completed by Tiburon Homes, LLC. Chicago based interior designer Tracy Hickman, lent her talents to give this property a relaxed and elegant style, with a dash of glamour. Fresh and elegant floral arrangements provided by In Bloom Floral, and landscape design by Premier Landscape will showcase the home’s beautiful grounds.
